O U R P O L I C Y

RESERVATION
All reservations must be made online, and not less than four (4) hours from pick-up time, all fields
must be completed as directed
if you wish to be picked up in less than four (4) hours, simply call us at 704.606.8902 or
704.236.2577, once a reservation is confirmed. We will give you a pick-up confirmation number.
Please keep the number. Because its required if you decide cancelling your pick-up

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made not later than 4 hours from pick-up time, and can be done in any of
the following methods:

Online: By filling the cancellation form together with the pick-up confirmation number
By Phone: Our live operators are available 24/7 and they can be reached at 704.606.8902,
704.236.2577, 704.807.4358 or 704.724.2744 to assist you with your cancellation, and
don't forget to give us your pick-up confirmation number
By email: email us at: business@agloballimousine.com and include your pick-up
confirmation number

any of the above methods is considered, once cancellation has taken place a cancellation
confirmation number will be given to you to keep & to avoid any future charges.

NO SHOWS
If a passenger fails to notify A GLOBAL Limousine about changes or cancellation made to his/her
pick-up, and his/her chauffeur fails to locate the passenger (Normally your chauffeur will wait for
you 1 hour before he/she decides that you are not going to shaw). The customer will be a NO
SHAW customer and he/she is obligated to pay whatever damages that cost this pick-up.

RATES
All of A GLOBAL Limousine vehicles are none metered vehicles and charges are applied based
on Distance, driving time, additional stops, waiting time, weather condition, and commute, our
charges are based on hourly rates & vehicle type, for more details please check our
transportation rates

TIME
At A GLOBAL Limousine our time is crucial, Delays more than 15 minutes could cost you an
additional charge

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customer agrees to all of our terms and conditions
Drinking on board is not allowed for any vehicle that don’t have a partition separates the chauffeur from the
passenger(s), and this does not apply on any stretch limousine
$250 Cleaning fee will apply if any passenger vomit on board of any vehicle
Absolutely no trash; should be left on board of any vehicle such as, empty cubs, newspaper, magazine, or
napkins. In addition food
All of our vehicles are smoke free
20% chauffeurs gratuity should be added to the final total fare
